A quite interesting source for updates about the internet blackout and censorship in Iran is this Github issue: https://github.com/net4people/bbs/issues/561
The last post includes a graph showing a increasing amount of DNS TXT queries which probably are used for tunneling.
It's great that some people found a way to at least use the internet at probably low speeds but at the same time this is quite frightening because this could mean the internet won't come back as before.
