Received the ink samples! Can't wait to try them

Another ink test in my sample book: Wearingeul Romeo, from the William Shakespeare collection.
It's a black/gray with purple shimmer. A combination that on paper (get it? haha! sorry.) seem right up my alley. I was picturing something that evokes vibes of a starry night sky.
However, in practice, I'm still on the fence about this ink. When painting it on thick with a brush, it looks great.
However, it has a quite dry flow, and when using it in a Lamy Safari B, it comes out as a pretty faint gray that looks kinda... boring.
The previous shimmer ink I tried, Diamine Citrus Ice, is wetter, but also, its color stands better on its own: even in a thin layer when viewed from an angle where you don't even notice the shimmer, it's not boring.
For now I'll keep this ink for usage with a brush, maybe try it on a dip nib, and wait with trying it in a fountain pen again until I get my hands on one with a wetter nib.
