BTW, since I work mostly in #VR using #Immersed, that is one of the first things I tested, and I got to say, their work to support multiple virtual monitors with #Wayland+#Gnome has really paid off, it works flawlessly in Debian! Ok, #Immersed does sort of work on Linux using physical monitors.

There are xrandr ways to add additional monitors using disconnected outputs, but it crashes my computer and may be due to using amdgpu. Apparently if you have an integrated intel gpu, virtual monitors can be added more easily.

Wireless monitors plain don't work, however the beta USB-C connection does (which is cool!). The laptop is a little warm to the touch though.

Stupid observation, the process for ordering an immersed visor as immersed announced it list year is exactly the same as the rotten fruit online process. It even includes need for the use of an iPhone with face id, so it's really nothing revolutionary, one could say yet another thing they've stolen.

Wow, you can have multiple safari windows floating around. Sounds like a cheap knockoff #immersed to me, only that as usual rotten fruit Inc will get the cheers for "inventing" the stuff and as usual their hardware is literally as always the most expensive, sorry the one with the best return for the shareholders.

@mmasnick @mfioretti_en I've been attempting to solve for this with the Meta Quest Pro and various multi-desktop window options (#QuestLink, #Immersed, etc) but they all have some of the unsolved problems aforementioned.

At least nits isn't one as screen is directly over the eyes so doesn't have to fight glare, sunlight, etc.
