Yesterday's #SOTA activation - Moel y Gamelin.
I tried out the new tripod idea for the antenna mast. It needs a guy line or two, which should be sorted for next time.
It was very cold and windy, so I didn't take many pictures at all. 9 QSOs on 23cms though, which was very good!In time, when we get warmer and more pleasant weather, I fully intend on making videos of my experiences using the Icom IC-905 for SOTA and other portable operations. #AmateurRadio #HamRadio #IC905 #23CM #Microwave
