#Hotdogs vs #Hamburgers ? We're serving both at our family #BBQ today but internet data, therefore 100% true, indicates Canadians eat an average of 8 hotdogs annually versus 20 Hamburgers. Even if we consider that Costco Canada sells 36.6 million hotdogs every year, there must be some outliers dragging up those averages because I'm well below average. Two with Gulden’s Spicy Brown and Mr Bing Spicy Chili Crisp — Tasty with crunchy texture fun, but saltier than expected. Moderation next time.
Two with leftover Arby’s Bronco Berry Sauce — This worked marvelously. Tacky but perfect. I’m rather annoyed at how good this was.

Montréal had a 66 year ban on street carts that was lifted in 2013. So small diners had created steamed #Hotdogs and sausages, placed in a side loaded steamed bun with your choice of toppings. My sister's partner sent us a Chicago dog kit so we made some homemade poppy seed rolls and some authentic Chicago dogs. I'm from the area originally and need my occasional fix. It was a great success and my partner digs the flavors and crunch.
