I'm fixing a false assumption in #Hookshot that a #Matrix server name must be a domain without colons.

For developers:
A Matrix User ID (like @jaller94:matrix.org) has two parts: The local user part (jaller94) and the server name (matrix.org).

The local user part ends before the first colon. The server name may be an IPv6 with colons and it may specify a port with a colon.
