While I’ve been away, my husband rigged up a camera next to where our male cat (Fattie) likes to sleep. I tuned in this morning and he was lying there but not sleeping. So I turned on the mic. He heard the click and greeted me. Sounds of home. ❤️

I am struggling slightly while trying to entertain my kid AND get any work done at the same time, this is the worst time to be self employed in my view. Secretly counting days until school starts again..
A crumb of comfort was found at a local sweet shop, finnish style salty liquorice 🤩 Not quite as strong as the real thing but a good substitute nevertheless.

Good news and bad news! Good news is I tested negative for covid and the flu (woo). Bad news is that I have no voice at all, and can't hear out of my right hear because of the fluid.

Now I need to figure out how to best continue to pester my extended family with no voice and half my hearing. Gotta do my duty as the #littleSister obvs
