Darn hoop skirt mathy-math for kiddo's costume.
I do not have enough skirt fabric. We tried my small hoops on this morning and they just didn't work proportionally. She is too tall for 80 inch hoops.
I can't go up in hoop size without adding another 41" skirt panel, fabric I don't have.
Skirts over hoops need ~1.5x the hoop to hem circumference to lay right. I have enough fabric for a 123 inch hem, but that won't work with my 120 inch hoop skirt.
Should have dug out the hoops to try on before purchasing my fabric.
Now to work out the additional yardage I need. I may have just enough time.
