Let's see if the Fediverse can help this evening. 5 weeks ago I suffered a #CardiacArrest I've since been fitted with a stent and ICD and take a smorgasbord of pills every day. I've been going for regular short walks and generally felt fine.
A couple of days ago I went for a roughly 2 mile walk and since then I've felt really tired. I didn't feel bad immediately afterwards or even during the walk but seem to have had very little energy since. I know I've probably pushed it a bit too much but would like to know if there's anyone out there going through similar who would like to chat/share experiences? #CardiacRehabilitation #HeartHealth #HeartRehabilitation
