Nikki Kooij (19) bewust voor een #mbo-opleiding, nadat ze haar #havo-diploma had gehaald.
Nikki wordt nu opgeleid tot #stewardess. Vrijwel dagelijks krijgt ze van mensen om haar heen te horen dat het 'toch wel zonde is' dat ze geen #hbo-opleiding is gaan doen.
Het was uiteindelijk haar moeder die haar erop wees dat ze niet per se een hbo-opleiding hoefde te doen. "Er wordt op de middelbare school gewoon vanuit gegaan dat je via de havo naar het hbo gaat."
