A split is probably working if you are recovering between sessions, your performance is stable or improving, workouts are not dragging on, and you can consistently complete your training week. #Recovery #Consistency It may be time to change your split if sessions are getting too long, your performance drops hard late in the workout, you are still very sore by the next session, or your schedule makes you miss too many training days. #GymProgress

  3. I feel like sharing the happiness from a good morning workout. 🥳 I re-started my trainings a 2 months ago after taking a break for a year due to a shoulder injury I got while playing volleyball. The feeling was bad, it was not me. But today I feel happy that I am getting back on track! Still not what it used to be, but I’ll get there :) Back on the old routine with push/pull/lega but this time in the early morning: it works! 💪

    This week was benchmark week at the gym, it was exhausting and I may have had to lie down for 30 mins after… but I did beat my deadlift target. I can now lift over twice my body weight. #Gym #GymProgress

  29. Until I started working out, I couldn't run without pretty much immediately having severe knee pain. After many hated leg days, I've been able to run a mile without issue. This is the first time in my life I've been able to do this.
