It was cooler today 28C Lakefork Canyon 2200-2400m and back. Could only do 7K run tho, Sundance w his northern coat was sluggish. I can't imagine.. Low to High Fire Danger in 2 days. Forest litter/surface in deep narrow canyon fire-ready. Larger dead fuels too. Fortunately live shrubs/trees plenty moist still, to act as heat sink.
