As a supervisor of grad workers, it's none of my business whether they want to unionize or not -- it's their call.
But from the perspective of also being their colleague at the U & in higher ed, I am proud of them for fighting & I want them to win it all.
Their platform is really good and should be an inspiration for faculty about the kinds of things an academic union can fight for.
