Jay Frye, the president of #INDYCAR posted a video on birdsite showing the extent of the damage to Benjamin Pedersen's car after his t-bone of Devlin DeFrancesco's car at the start of the #GPStPete.
While there is extensive damage to the nose section of the car, the main nose structure remained remarkably intact.
The primary focus however, is on the Aeroscreen; and emphasis is placed on the noticeable scuff marks which may have impacted Pedersen's head without it.
