    3:38:34 for the marathon. I was treating today as a fun run through the parks. Watched HR, kept the effort down, grabbed a few character photos, and still ran into some gut issues around mile 19. Adjusted plan to walk a bit, then run out the mile for a few repeats instead of trying to power through and it probably saved the race.     Just a little Goofy this year. Half Marathon complete in 1:31:28, played it safe and ran with an eye on my HR in the warm and humid conditions. Some pockets of cool air helped and sped up each of the last 3 miles. track.rtrt.me/e/WDW-WDW-2026#/ #running #runDisney #HalfMarathon #GoofyChallenge
