My father attended an auction in the ‘70s & I went along.

There was a fly buzzing my head & I swatted at it, winning whatever was being auctioned at the time.

I ended up owning #RodStewart’s #AtlanticCrossing & #EltonJohn’s #GoodbyeYellowBrickRoad & about 20 78rpm records.

I tossed the 78’s

It’s still Saturday night, after all. At least, Chicago time as my gramma J used to refer to the central time zone.

What began as a lazy Sunday ended up with a trip to my folks place and retrieving the last two crates containing my 600 or so albums that had been in storage for 21 years. Now, to procure the appropriate sound system so I can really rock. In the meantime, a little time on deck rockin with EJ. Metallica’s live rendition of this one is an ass kicker but there’s nothing like the original.
