Pleased to applaud the direction of my city.... however .....the council should keep that motto in mind.
I am one of the people and soon will have to buy and display a label on my currently food and garden waste bin(s) if I wish to continue to have my garden waste collected.
If garden waste is found in an unlabelled bin it will not be emptied. This is a disincentive to gardening that includes gathering the leaves dropped by the council trees.

Only just noticed that the subdomain http://open.glasgow.gov.uk/ is no more. Can't say I'm surprised. Last wayback machine entry I can find is from January 2019. Look at what you could have had...
