RIP #GinoMader. Was watching a video of the downhill run by the winner of the stage and holy shit it was sketchy af.
I think #cycling needs to grapple with the fact that it resembles early days #F1 and it’s time they started taking steps to ensure that at least the pro leagues are organized so it’s harder to die.
Can’t believe that has to be an actual sentence.

A very talented young rider who had been plagued with bad luck in the last few years, and someone who always came across as a genuinely nice person.
Thoughts are with his family, friends, team mates and all the peloton who knew him.
