...another variant of the scam is what #GigPerformer did , which essentially made a point update inaccessible to anyone who bought the software on a site like #PluginAlliance , who licensed their own version of the software which oops, coincidentally later on suddenly became incompatible via native updates. Right now it sure does look like the folks that actually buy software are the dumb ones

...meanwhile back at the ranch...3 beers and a half bar (of admittedly excellent habanero cheddar( have "somewhat" recreated two primary/dual keyboard patches in #StudioOne. Obviously this would be maximally nightmarish in the middle of a tour but slightly less nightmarish than finding an entire set programmed with #GigPerformer deactivated because they decided telling folks about reseller license issues wasn't important

Tuesday #DailyTracks : Writing & arranging ongoing. Some live rig changes. #GigPerformer is out. #PluginAlliance is in detention. Possibly ditching the idea of using softsynths live for #Kronos and other boards. Cost as a primary motive has faded a bit. Irritants well...there will always be irritants. Life is good
