Sweet Jesus, does the #Epson Scan 2 software for #Linux suck! When you select a directory, it appends "Dir" to the directory you've chosen. No way to undo it. My solution? I created the "Dir" directory in "Documents". And unlike the version for #windows, the output file is just "img.pdf" instead of "img<timestamp>.pdf".

It does, however, connect to my #scanner over #wifi , so...that's good, right?

It's #GFY strategy for a 95+% Advertising Business like Twitter to try a bold strategy, taking it private, watching its failing income since it's super unpopular now & the shell of a its former self.

Mostly this is due to multiple ongoing issues, mostly the CTO, but related to T&S, MARCOM, Poor Branding, terrible Brand Reputation & Ad rates with tons of engineering issues, fewer distinguished engineers, an even poorer CISO & the infosec staff mostly quit/left.

So, overall it's a trash heap on fire 🔥 type stuff, mostly, in that order. ^_^
