In #NYC the week ending January 17, #flu cases and emergency room visits are now below where they were the week ending November 22. #RSV and #COVID cases and ER visits remain higher than baseline, but are a small fraction of respiratory illness cases and hospital visits.
#COVIDIsNotOver and it's still #FluSeason - and things are still bad in other parts of the country, so it's not too late to #GetVaxxed!
I #WearAMask in elevators, trains, buses, doctors' offices, pharmacies and supermarkets!

One day post #vaccines. I've been extra sleepy this afternoon, and achy in various joints. It feels almost like running a fever but without the increased temp. Both upper arms are sore, especially the left, which got two shots.
All of these symptoms are normal for me the day after a #flu or #covid shot. They're possibly exacerbated by the aftermath of the glorious #massage I got this morning.
Lots of #water, and I'm resting.

As of 2.5 hrs ago, first #HepatitisB shot and this season's #FluShot and #CovidBooster are IN ME.
Hoping this combo doesn't knock me flat for the whole week. I gots stuff to dooooo.
That said, this evening is going to be REST. I've already dozed off once while eating pizza.

I'm declaring today "liberation from preventable illness day" for me.
Got three shots: The second booster against Shingles, the second booster against Polio, and the vaccine against Pneumococcal pneumonia.
Feeling great now, slight soreness around injection site. Probably will feel a bit cruddy later, which will fade by Monday. Won't get three preventable diseases.
