In just over a week I’m getting the train to Bamberg in southern Germany for a couple of days Morris dancing. I hope to squeeze in some #UrbanBirding, probably just a couple of hours as we’ve a fairly full schedule. It doesn’t feel like it will be worth getting a “Germany” field guide, but should I?
Are there any particular birds I should plan to look out for?
Apps beyond Merlin that I ought to download?
