A little artsy experiment I started last Sunday:
Multiple layers of paint on a gelplate, with each layer largely dried before the next was applied. A day later I briefly rolled up the gelplate. The intention was to introduce some cracks and texture. I did get some cracks, but a lot of the paint stuck to the printing plate when I pulled the print. Last night, I turned on https://www.rte.ie/radio/lyricfm/vespertine/ , picked a colour palette, a very muted one at that, and just went with it. Will probably collage bits together. But I think it's just too "flat" and calls for some more saturated bits. Thoughts?

Die Firma Gelpress hat mir letztes Jahr eine runde Geldruckplatte geschenkt. Dies war der erste kleine Test. Muss echt mal mehr damit machen.
The Gelpress company gave me a round gelprinting plate last year. This was the first little test run. I really must do more with it.
