Rubbish-Hauling Guardians of Liberty
I assume that anyone else who's spent a few years in Jersey City has noticed that when there are Big Public Events (like this recent Fourth of July extravaganza), large garbage trucks get staged around the active event area – strategically blocking selected roadways, or sometimes just poised for some potential mobilization beyond my ken.
These are some of those many-tyred heroes.
