Amifuse allows you to mount Amiga file systems on MacOS and Linux using FUSE. To achieve this, the original driver for the respective file system is used via 68k emulation. As author Stefan Reinauer writes, the first version 0.1.0 could be seen as more of a basic proof of concept that allowed Amiga RDB partitions to be mounted and read. The new version 0.2.0 makes it a much more complete and user-friendly tool:

Несколько лет назад я трудился в проекте, где основной биллинг работал на Oracle. Однажды коллега захотел поправить тестовые начисления в таблице abon_charges и выполнил такой запрос: UPDATE abon_charges SET amount = 0 WHERE service_id = 123 AND v_abon_id = v_abon_id; На первый взгляд — ничего страшного. Но v_abon_id = v_abon_id истинно для любой строки. Oracle это не игнорирует. Условие становится: WHERE service_id = 123 AND TRUE Так запрос обнулил абсолютно все суммы для service_id=123 за десятки месяцев. В таблице было около 1,8 млн строк по этой услуге. С такой неприятностью в Oracle может помочь механизм Oracle Flashback. Вкратце: находим проблемную транзакцию, в отдельной сессии включаем чтение таблицы на момент до обновления, снимаем копию в отдельную таблицу и отдаём её нашему виновнику для решения проблемы :). Мы починили всё без простоя и полного восстановления всего кластера. С тех пор мне всегда хотелось иметь такой «точечный флэшбэк» и в PostgreSQL. Особенно в системах, где восстановление базы на несколько терабайтов может занимать часы. И вот недавно мне довелось организовать такое решение в нашем продукте

After failing to create a #symmetric #powersupply using an OpAmp and BJTs to split 24V by forming a virtual ground, I went the easy route. Two #BoostConverter set to 12V each are connected in series with the center being ground. This way I get symmetric +/-12V. Of course I don't rely on the #battery protection, but rather use a 900mA #PPTC #fuse per rail. Also a switch and some LEDs as indicator. Enough #JST sockets for my upcoming #synth projects.

I fixed it! Now I can mount #HFS CDs which have a slash in their volume name on a modern m1 Mac!
Creating an image file using fuseHFS produces the same file as using an older Intel based Mac with native HFS support.I will push it to github tomorrow.

I made some progress in understanding how the #fusehfs stuff works. I found the code where it actually reads the volume name and other stuff. Hopefully tomorrow I can make some changes for testing.

Today I got #fusehfs to compile against fuse-t again.
Tried to find why volumes with a slash in their name won't mount.
No luck so far, but hadn't much time to figure this out. I found some logic to swap / and : though.Hopefully I will have more time tomorrow.
