Windows has broken on me once again, I can no longer open up steam as it decides that it'll open up in a random 3rd monitor I don't own / have. I've tried many different things to fix the window and nothing.
I guess this is the time I need to download and dual boot Linux for my games because fuck you microslop. (Also yes I will move 100% over when I can).

It seems that some rocket scientist at Microsoft suddenly reached the same conclusion the rest of us did two years ago. People can't/won't just rush out and buy new hardware to replace perfectly good hardware, especially when the tech industry is letting thousands of workers go every month.
Windows 10 quietly gets one more year of support and updates

Since we have use the whole Microsoft shebang at work, I keep discovering deeper, more arcane reasons to hate their software 😬
TIL: Exchange Online or Outlook (not sure which one to blame), hates `multipart/alternative`.
I configured an automated system to send email notifications with both HTML (for the youngsters who want a table) and plaintext (for the nerds who want JSON) 🤓
With Outlook set to display only plaintext messages, it gives me a shitty automatic conversion of the HTML content, unhelpfully telling me that "We converted this message into plain text format" 🤬
Dog, the RFC that defines `multipart` is older than I am!
Again, Microsoft doing their own walled garden stuff and shunning open web standards -

Remember kids windows sucks donkey balls and when having to reinstall due to Windows Defender declaring war on Lenovo sysyem update. Windows 11 setup borked my Linux Mint boot partition because of course it did 🤣 so in kind when I reconstructed my uefi boot entry I gave it a special name... and that loads grub which then lets me select Windows or Linux as Intended.

I'm just starting to use NetGuard, and I just noticed that the Xiaomi Theme app uses Microsoft as its provider and IP from Netherlands, like what the fuck? #privacy #fuckmicrosoft #europe

Gotta love it when Windows Update forces itself on your PC, only for the update to go so spectacularly wrong that you can't get to the login screen and attempting to use automated system recovery fails to even write the log file about what it didn't accomplish. This basically confirms we're not going to use Microsoft products on anything that's actually important to us, and despite having a Windows license for this mini PC we're seriously tempted to wipe it and install Linux anyway.
And to the inevitable tech bro replies: we're already comfortable running Arch Linux as our daily driver. We just kept a low power Windows install around for a couple of utilities that are more convenient to run on Windows.

Microsoft sent me a survey. LOL.
