    Like many people I discovered Alex's channel when he set out to methodically try to cook a French omelette as good as Jacques Pépin. He finally achieved it. Jacques even responded to his YouTube video giving him a hats off. Now years later Alex got to go over to Jacques's home in the US for an entire day. Looked like a wonderful time and that Jacques is a down to earth guy to this day. #JacquesPepin #cooking #food #omelette #FrenchGuyCooking
