Here's my hard-cooked chopped egg, seasoned, with flakes of dried parsley and oregano visible.
Cook until whites are done or mostly done, then break the still-soft yolk and mix all together.
I don't stir; I use the spatula to chop it all together, mixing as I go.
Any method of mixing works and experimenting with the level of doneness of each stage can yield different results suitable for varying purposes.

I just saw an article in Apple News from Better Homes and Gardens about Frambled eggs...😮💨
I call them chopped eggs and have been doing this for decades, as I'm sure millions of others have also deliberately done.
