Klimabedingte Ereignisse treiben, wie von den (Rück-)Versicherern seit Jahren prognostiziert die Kosten! Die Beiträge zur Gebäudeversicherung steigen massiv.
Während die Erhöhung der Grundsteuer von SZ über ÖRR bis BILD genutzt wurde um gegen Steuern und Staat auszuteilen, hört man hierzu nichts.
Obwohl bspw. alleine die Erhöhung der Versicherung in unserem Fall rund doppelt so hoch ist, wie die gesamte Steuer. -
