On the very same day, the UN issued its first prediction that the world will not be able to constrain global warming to 1.5 degrees.
Yet the Minister can't answer a simple question about the number of new coal and gas projects that have been approved by Labor since they came to government in May 2022.
Labor must explain to the Australian people - who are waking up to bushfire warnings today and preparing for a deadly summer ahead - why they are continuing to put the corporate profits of the big polluters ahead of the safety of people and nature."
