Rosebank is a carbon bomb. As the largest undeveloped oil field in the North Sea, it would create more emissions than the 700 million people living in the world’s poorest countries produce in a year.

Rosebank would give millions to companies fuelling genocide. It’s co-owned by Ithaca, whose parent company Israeli Delek Energy provides fuel to the IDF, and operates in illegal settlements in the West Bank. They’d get £253 million in profits from Rosebank.

"BP not only received this licence but is also set to acquire 50% of the Israeli #DelekGroup-owned #NewMed, who have also been granted a licence. NewMed owns 45% of #Leviathan, the largest gas field in the Mediterranean, situated off the coast of Israel.

"Israel’s occupation of the #GazaStrip denies the besieged population access to natural resources within its waters, in violation of international law.
