    RIES is first of all a desktop program, but there is a web interface for it at thomasahle.com/ries where you can play with it and can find strange formulas for numerical constants that you do not understand. (After useing RIES, you may still not understand them...!)

    The web interface does not support all of RIES' command line options, but RIES is also part of Debian and probably other Linux distributions.
