I cannot believe that this is working... Shssssh. Don't scare it.

I need to figure out WHY it's pulling 7.1 kilowatts right now, but I'm glad it's behaving.

What a DAY.

I'm nowhere near where I need to be with work, partly because this morning was a slow start, and partly because some nincompoop managed to destroy our mailbox with a big-ass eighteen wheeler*.

(They didn't stop, obviously, but I caught them on camera)

We also managed to get our #FordF150Lightning talking to our #FordHomeIntegrationSystem again, shortly after I turned the latter off completely for 30 minutes on Tuesday to force-reset the system.

Now the house can be backed up again by the truck, and while I was testing the system ahead of tomorrow's #SnowStorm for #PDX, my power LEGITIMATELY WENT OUT.

I didn't know until #PGE sent me a message telling me. Sadly, the system did glitch out back there for a few minutes, but it's back up and running again, so yay?

*We have logging trucks up and down here EVERY SINGLE DAY. They never hit anything. But a truck from Portland delivering building supplies that rarely does rural roads? Totally went off the road and hit our mailbox which is now RIP. It also means we won't get mail unless we make the 15-mile round-trip to pick it up...
