I am pretty proud of myself. I bought this huge pork loin on sale in August and froze it, which I often do when #foodlion has nearly-expired meat on sale.

I thawed it out a few weeks ago, intending to do something with it but kept procrastinating.

Well late last night (after pizza was closed) it was time to do something with it. It smelled a little funky, yes.

I just roasted it with a lot of black pepper & allspice (a crust) and some sauce later

Turned out nice, actually! No diarrhea yet!
