- Flutter is coming to #WebAssembly and RISC-V targets.

WASM support is extremely exciting, and the top thing I was hoping for from this keynote. Flutter web has always been hobbled by javascript’s relatively lackluster performance. Compiling to wasm will be a big boost.

Flutter still won’t be a first-choice web framework (no SSR, bad for SEO, just not a DOM framework at the end of the day) but for graphics-intensive operations, it will be incredible.
