I'm going through old projects to add to my website and remembered that I co-founded the fizzPOP hackerspace/makerspace in Birmingham in 2009.

One of the events we did was the Improbable Machine which was basically a Rube Goldberg machine. It only successfully ran once.

Brings back fun memories playing with a BBC Micro at #FizzPop

Have just completed the #Fizzpop Woodworking induction part 1. I am now safe to use the Bandsaw, the circular arm saw thing* and the table saw.

*Probably not it's actual correct name.

Great fun helping at the Solihull bonfire and fireworks with #fizzpop I'm now an expert QR code scanner

Repeated the @Raspberry_Pi Pico synth workshop we ran at the V&A last week for the @bomlab #CoderDojo kids and it was fun and hectic and noisy. Then this afternoon was at #Fizzpop helping install ducting for the woodwork dust extraction.
That was a fun day.
