Note: #Darwinism is not about survival of the biggest and strongest.
It’s about the org most able to adapt to the changing environment and be #FitForPurpose: propagating itself into the future.

Employers need critical-thinkers because they need to account for succession planning.Unfortunately, employers (small businesses and corporates) think they will live forever, and so will their legal entities, culture, and performance, and there is a stigma attached to labor, trades, and craftwork, even though they are human #institutions.
As a product, the modern #education system hasn’t been #FitForPurpose since the late 70’s, at least.
