    So far this year the highest recorded temperature is 12.6°C, measured on March 22 in Heinola, southern Finland. The Finnish Meteorological Institute reports that last March was Finland’s warmest on record.

  4. Not good. Finland is at the forefront of this issue as well.

    The month will go down in history as the first March in Finland with nationwide mean temperature above freezing (0 °C).

    January-February was the 2nd coldest of the century, and now something completely different.
