Found these heavily damaged but unopened Master Boot Record albums from a flea market CD vendor on Taobao for 2.5/5 USD. In an endless stream of questionably cheap Michael Jackson, Taylor Swift, and Pink Floyd, I clicked a random category and suddenly saw Virtuaverse.OST and Personal Computer. Unbelievable! CDs are not CD-R, have no ATIP, IPFIs matched US releases, checksums matched AccurateRip, booklets and discs were found undamaged. I failed to find any evidence to show the IPFIs are forged - nor can I imagining that pirating MBR albums makes financial sense. So yeah, they were likely junked albums from an American warehouse, ending up in China. This trash-to-music industry was well-known among local rock fans since the '90s, apparently it's still running underground, albeit with a minimum scale compared to its golden age.
