Our new lawnmower was supposed to be delivered via FedEx ground yesterday. I cringed when I saw it was coming via Fedex. It’s still not here with no ETA as of yet. Of course, when I called to get tracking information, they were just like, “It’s on the way on a truck.” If it had been shipped via UPS ground, they would know exactly where it was on the planet, who was the name of the driver and what he’d had for lunch today.
EDIT - Now arriving Tuesday, 6/27. SUPPOSEDLY. 😑😑😑 -
#FedEx Ground is on the verge of self-destruction, they're going through massive employee dissatisfaction because FedEx Ground is NOT FedEx, it is contractors who treat their employees like crap.
If it positively absolutely has to get there, DON'T SHIP FEDEX.

Trying to have a package delivered by FedEx is a truly dreadful experience. If I made as many excuses at work as they just made I’d be looking for another job. Truly awful customer service. Apparently it is difficult to deliver a guitar because it’s a big package and difficult to get on a truck. #fedexsucks #FedExBullshit
