So an important option, being able to reschedule your delivery, is completely broken on the #FedEx website and goes to this "Would you like to add this address to your profile?" screen that goes nowhere.
And I found a Reddit post from over a year ago that mentions this, too.

From my experience, they should change it to
"The world on island time. You'll get it whenever” -

In retrospect, glad I took my more expensive MTB on the plane if this is how it would have gone getting shipped.
Not sure WTF FedEx did with my poor touring bike, fingers crossed it's not as bad as it looks.
People talk shit about baggage handlers and bikes, but I've never had a bike box on a commercial flight come out looking this bad!

I've just received an email from #Fedex saying "Your shipment is arriving later than expected - "New scheduled delivery date Friday, 03/07/2026"
I click the tracking link in the email and it is still showing as being targetted "Thursday 7/02/2026" 🤷
So the date formats they're showing me are wrong and the dates seem inconsistent anyway. Great. I've never had a strong opinion one way or another of Fedex but this isn't helping them.

Boah, #FedEx, was ein #Saftladen.
Mein Paket wird seit über 10 Tagen nicht ausgeliefert, aber das zugehörige Nachforschungsticket offenbar täglich als "geklärt" geschlossen...
Die Nachforschungsabteilung meldet sich auch seit über einer Woche in 2-4 h Stunden bei mir, das scheint ebenfalls eine Konstante zu sein. Bis heute ist nichts passiert.

Der Bot von #Fedex konnte mir nicht helfen, hat aber das Durchstellen zu echten Menschen verweigert. Das sei nur mit Kundenkonto möglich.
Nach dem 20sten "Kann ich sonst noch etwas für dich tun?" bin ich dann etwas ungehalten geworden. "Nein, du bist nutzlos." war aber offenbar der Zauberspruch, mit dem ich im richtigen Support-Center bei echten Menschen gelandet bin. Probiere ich jetzt öfter. 😉

Not only is this not my mailbox, it's not a MAIL box. Also this is a half mile from my house.
On the way home, I see a package for my neighbor, delivered to a random post??
If you come across someone who just arrived on earth this morning, don't make them a delivery driver for a logistics company.
(This is the same FedEx that insisted on delivering packages to the top of my car.)

I'm so tired of seeing this. Over the last 3 weeks I think about 60% of the time I try to create a shipment I get this error (one time was a login error instead). This is from different networks as well. Anyone else been having issues with FedEx?
