While in Seoul I also visited the highest building I have ever been to. It is also higher than any building in Germany. Truly an interesting experience with how small the other building look. But if you count the number of floors its often 20 or more!

I am scared of heights too, but I went down that Zip Wire in North Wales on my 70th birthday. It was EPIC. Did it again when I was 73.
The secret is to tell yourself (a lot) to trust the engineering. It didn't kill any body yesterday, or the day before, or theday before that etc..
PS I've also done the free fall water slide in Florida. -
