Long time no see! 😃 After #FastFlowConf last week, I went offline to enjoy a short vacation with the family.

The talk goes on to explain why we need to focus on the management model and leadership principles if we want to achieve a fast flow of value in our organizations.

I said I expected to be inspired, and Fast Flow Conf did not disappoint. Great talks all around, kudos to the speakers, I was so immersed I didn't even take pictures in the talks.
And the closing keynote really hitting a point for me as well, moving beyond "enabling team" for architecture. Great day. Also fantastic venue and organization!

Two weeks to go for the FastFlowConf! I'm lucky to have my talk "Team Topologies is not enough; you need a management model to match!".

🤓 In this talk, I will rant - sorry - present some ideas about why organizations cannot unlock their full potential, even if they try to adopt flow-based approaches, such as Team Topologies. They need to change their management model and ditch some preconceived ideas from a predictable and stable world.
