I'm leading a sandbox #ExaltedRPG game and the players struggle to find the direction/drive/motivation for their characters.

I try to railroad them a bit, just to try to give them a bit of direction, but it seems like they don't take enough initiative, probably because they are not used to sandbox games.

Any suggestions on how to help them?

My favorite #TTRPG setting is #ExaltedRPG , but I haven't gotten to play it recently.

I do like #WhiteWolf settings when I'm feeling like not doing the standard fantasy adventures of #DungeonsAndDragons
