Back when I started having hot flashes leading up to menopause, along with my gynecologist, I decided not to do hormone therapy since I’m so sensitive.
I tried some natural remedies and one is making me feel so much more human. I no longer have as many hot flashes. It’s Estrovera by Metagenics and the active ingredient is Rhapontic Rhubarb (Rheum rhaponticum, root) ERr 731®
It’s not cheap but it’s working for me.
