Owjee, nu heb ik ineens trek.
Het je wel eens époisses (ook uit de Bourgogne en fameus) geproefd?
Als die rijp is eet ik hem met een dessertlepeltje. Zo lekker!

Ik ben benieuwd of je deze Brillat-Savarin hoger, lager of op gelijk niveau zou inschatten dan époisses.

@lionelb From the northern Burgundina town of the same name, #Époisses is one of the best cheeses on the planet. Period!

It turned up at our supermarket locally, but sadly, at $22 per pound, there obviously weren’t many takers, and Kris and I can only eat so much. 😞

Is it stinky? Yes! 👍

Is it delicious? You betcha! 😋

You haven’t lived until you’ve tasted Époisses!
