There has never been real #AcademicFreedom in #EPNEcuador, having to have approved projects to be allowed to allocate time for research, and not just teaching.
Even then, you notice this complete decay of #academic freedom when the administration of the so-called university tries to force massive teaching loads in every possible dirty way they can.
It is time for an exit plan.
