Well, well, well. Looks like our 'eco-friendly' plug-in hybrids are pulling a fast one. A new report finds real-world emissions are *4.9 times* higher than advertised! Turns out, they're running on electric about 27% of the time, not 84%. Are we being sold a green dream, or is this just peak 'works on my machine' but for the environment?
