@[email protected]Participated the #Carmans and #BCNA’s Fun Run today with my dear bud @Witchy_Minx who won her second battle of breast cancer recently. It was a great day. Full of reflection, memory/reminiscence and triumph.

Girls, check your boobs and go get a mammogram if you’ve left it awhile. I acknowledge it’s not a fun experience. Early detection is the key.
