6. Reispfanne mit Fake-Hähnchen.
1 große Zwiebel und zwei Packungen veganes Hähnchenfleisch in heißem Öl anbraten.
1Dose stückige Tomaten,
1 Dose Mais
1 Dose Kidneybohnen und 200 g ungekochten Reis dazugeben.
Etwa einen halben Liter Gemüsebrühe (ggf. etwas mehr) darüber.
Mit Oregano, Paprika, Chili, Kreuzkümmel, Salz, Thymian, schwarzem Pfeffer, eventuell Knoblauch würzen.
Köcheln lassen und eventuell noch Brühe nachgießen, bis der Reis gar ist.

Zum Herstellen von Frikadellen, Köfte Hackbraten etc. eignet sich am besten das „frische Hack“, dies hat, glaube ich, mittlerweile so ziemlich jeder Discounter. Das frische Hack hält am besten zusammen.
Das fertige, bereits vorgebratene Hack, ist ideal für Füllungen, natürlich auch für Bolo, Chilli, Lasagne usw.
